We will need both of these on file before we can process your order. This is only an annual request. We also ask for a signed copy of the Gaming Equipment Annual Statement. After all this information has been received, we can do business quickly and efficiently the rest of the calendar year.
If you are an Individual looking to purchase a machine for your home use. You first need to refer to the Legal states (below) and see if the state where you live, will allow you to possess a slot machine.
